We have a great song/video representing Toronto as it is the city hosting the 2015 Pan Am Games and Para Pan Am Games.
Najjah Calibur, Toronto artist. He is the host of Beach Volleyball during the Pan Am Games and Para Pan Am Games. He made this song to show how proud he and all of us should be to be able to have the games in such a great city.
Take a look and feel proud if you are from the city of Toronto.

A couple weeks ago, the Grey Cup of the CFL was held in British Columbia, and rarely does it happen that the host team make it to the big game, but this year,

the BC Lions made it all the way to the Grey Cup, even though they started at a terrible 0-5. It was a tough climb, but they strived through the think and thin and went on a huge winning streak, and ended up winning the whole shabang. The BC Lions, in BC and won the Grey Cup!
We are glad to know one of the receivers for BC, Mr. Shawn Gore. Shawn’s last couple years has been somthing else for him, from getting invited to the CFL E-Camp, doing extremely well. From there, getting invited to the Green Bay Packers mini camp, and making it all the way to pre-season, before getting cut. Then moving to BC and winning the Grey Cup. This was considered his sophomore year in BC, but this is his first full season with them, and what else could he ask for. Shawn has worked very hard to be where he is today, and is always working harder to become that much better, and be a difference maker on the field.
We are extremely fortunate, that Shawn took some time to go through The Thght Process Q & A with us, check below.

Also we have a video of some of the plays from this season, and there are a few clips of Shawn Gore within the video.
Enjoy everyone.
